Travel Agency Incentive - Terms and Conditions

Incentive

1. By participating in this incentive, making a Qualifying Booking and complying with these Terms and Conditions you will be eligible to be entered a random prize draw for a place on a familiarisation (FAM) trip. Qualifying bookings must include all of the following:

a) Flying from Manchester Airport

b) Flying with Air France to Charles de Gaulle

c) Include a stay either wholly or partially at a Disneyland Paris hotel, this also includes Disneyland Paris partner hotels.

2. The trip is non-negotiable, and no alternative will be offered.

3. The trip will depart on the 8th October 2019 and return on the 9th October 2019.

4. Winners will be contacted on Friday 30th August 2019. Winner must have confirmation to attend the trip by Tuesday 3rd September with ability to supply passport details immediately. If winner cannot attend or has not responded by 12pm on Tuesday 3rd September, the prize will be re-drawn.

How to enter

5. This incentive will run from 00:01 on 25th July 2019 (“Opening Date”) until 23:59 on 29th August 2019 (“Closing Date”) inclusive.

a) Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris reserve the right to withdraw the incentive prior to the close date mentioned above without notice. This incentive can be removed, amended or extended at any time without prior notice.

6. Any Qualifying bookings received after this period will automatically be disqualified will not be entered into the prize draw.

7. You may enter the competition more than once, but only one entry will be counted per booking.

8. To be entered with a chance to win, you must:

a) Make a qualifying booking

b) Input qualified booking into the form linked HERE

9. Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris will not accept responsibility for any entries to the incentive that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

10. Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris will not accept proof of postage or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the incentive.

11. By submitting an entry to this incentive, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

13. To enter this incentive, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 years or over, and be employed as a travel agent.

14. This incentive is not open to any employees of Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this incentive.

15. By entering this incentive, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to travel on the trip if won. Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris may require you provide proof that you are eligible to enter the incentive.

16. By entering this incentive, you confirm that you have read your employers Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy and that you have properly accounted for any prize you may receive on both your employers’ gift and hospitality register (or similar), and with HM Revenue & Customs.

17. Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris decision to award winners is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered.

Claiming the prize

18. Winners will be contacted on the 30th August 2019 by telephone or email and have until 3rd September 2019 to claim the prize.

19. To claim the prize, you must confirm you have permission to travel by your company on the dates mentioned below and provide passport details.

20. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

21. Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris will make all reasonable efforts to contact entrants to the incentive. If you cannot be contacted or you are not available, or you have not claimed the prize by 3rd September 2019, Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris reserves the right to offer to another agent

22. Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize

Prize

23. The prize is as follows

a) Departing 8th October 2019 from Manchester Airport to Charles de Gaulle with Air France

b) 1 night stay at a Disneyland Paris hotel (TBC)

c) Returning 9th October 2019 with Air France from Charles de Gaulle to Manchester Airport

d) All transportation, taxes, hospitality will be covered.

Data Protection

24. If you win, you agree that Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris may use your name, town or county of residence to announce your participation in the booking process and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

25. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Manchester Airport, Air France & Disneyland Paris.

General 

26. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, MAG may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the incentive.

27. MAG reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.

28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
