TimeSlot is now available in all terminals. TimeSlot is ideal for business travellers, couples or solo flyers, and anyone with carry-on baggage.

Security FastTrack is the perfect option for families travelling with children or larger groups who need an extra level of flexibility. Security FastTrack is available in all terminals.

Passport Control FastTrack allows you to speed through a dedicated lane, whichever Terminal you’ve come through. It's ideal for passengers with hand luggage who don’t need to wait in Baggage Reclaim for their luggage.

TimeSlot bookings range from free up to just £4.99.

You can pre-book Security FastTrack from just £5.49 per person.

For your inbound journey, book Passport Control FastTrack for just £15 per person. You can pay via Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Click on the links for TimeSlot or FastTrack, and you'll be directed to the relevant booking page. Simply enter your details as instructed and select from the available time slots. You can pay by MasterCard, VISA and American Express. For Passport Control FastTrack, simply enter your details on the booking page, as instructed.

The express lane is unsuitable for passengers requiring Assisted Travel, those travelling with pushchairs and car seats, or infants under three years old. You will be automatically directed to the assistance lane at Security so do not need to book FastTrack or TimeSlot.

To access the Passport Control FastTrack lane, you’ll need to buy a pass for everyone in your group, including young children and babies. This service is also not suitable for infants under three years old.

You can now book a fixed time to enter Security up to 60 days before your departure date and up to 75 minutes prior to your scheduled flight departure time.

You can book FastTrack up to 12 months in advance. You can also book Security FastTrack up to one hour before your departure if there are spaces available.

As long as there's availability, you can book Passport Control FastTrack at any time before your arrival.

To change your TimeSlot, you’ll need to cancel your existing booking and make a new one (subject to availability). Please note that you won’t be able to change your booking less than 75 minutes before your flight. If you are running late and wish to change your booking, we can’t guarantee that there will be slots available. If your flight has been cancelled, you can book your TimeSlot once you have the details of your new flight, subject to availability. Unfortunately, Security FastTrack and Passport Control FastTrack bookings cannot be changed and are non-refundable.
