Parking options

Manchester Airport has a great variety of Blue badge parking options. We’ve broke down everything you need to know – from walking distances to the terminal, to requesting assistance once you’ve arrived. If you need a wheelchair or assistance once you’ve parked, there are various help points located in each car park to request assistance.

If you’re looking to do an airport car parking comparison, many of our car parks are close to the terminals for easier access.

Multi Storey car parks

1-8 minute walk

Blue Badge parking is available at our multi-storey car parks, which are located adjacent to both terminals. Although it’s just a short walk to the check-in desk, assistance is available - just head to the help points located in each terminal.

Car park update: T2 West Multi Storey is now signposted as P3, and T3 Multi Storey is signposted as P14.

JetParks car parks

5-10 minutes from terminal

Blue Badge parking is available at all our JetParks car parks, which are located just a short bus ride from the three terminal buildings. The bus service is free of charge and fully accessible to wheelchair users. Blue Badge holders usually board the transfer bus before other passengers and are given seating priority and dedicated wheelchair points on board. The driver can assist you on and off the bus if required.

Arrivals

The Arrivals car park is generally used for short stays. There are dedicated spaces available to Blue Badge holders; however, you cannot pre-book a parking space.

Passenger drop-off

Passengers with a valid Blue Badge can access the Drop-off Zone free of charge for drop-off only. To use this service, the travelling passenger must produce their Blue Badge to the traffic marshals when entering the area.

A help point is available at the free drop-off location within JetParks 1 for passengers wishing to use the free drop-off and who need assistance, or for those who do not have a Blue Badge and would like to drop off free of charge. Our assistance providers will meet passengers who have pre-booked assistance at the forecourt upon arrival.

Passenger pick-up

Please note that the pick-up process varies by terminal. Below are the designated pick-up areas for each terminal:

Terminal 2

Customers should use the Express Pick Up Zone. Please note that there is a 15-minute time limit, and vehicles must not be left unattended. If you need more than 15 minutes or need to enter the terminal building, please use the Short Stay area on Levels 1, 2, or 3.

Important note: T2 Pick Up is now signposted as P3 at the airport.

Terminal 3

Pick-up is available in the designated bays within the Pick Up Zone of the Multi Storey car park.

Important note: T3 Multi Storey is now signposted as P14.

Parking charges will apply, please refer to our tariff information.
