How does Multi Storey parking work?
It’s quick and easy to book and park at a Multi Storey car park. Just follow 4 simple steps:
Book in advance: To guarantee your spot, pre-book your Multi Storey parking space.
Park up: On the day, just drive up and our Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system will recognise your vehicle’s number plate and open the barrier (no tickets required). Find a space, park up, and lock your vehicle.
Walk to your terminal: No need for a shuttle bus. We’ll make sure your Multi Storey car park is close to your terminal, so once you’ve parked you can walk to check-in.
When you return: Find your vehicle right where you left it. The ANPR system will recognise your number plate and open the barrier again when you leave, so you can just drive away.
Where is the Multi Storey parking located?
There are Multi Storey parking options within walking distance of Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 at Manchester Airport: T1 Multi Storey, T2 Multi Storey East, T2 Multi Storey West, and T3 Multi Storey.

Directions from the M56
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep right, following signs for T1 and T3.
At the traffic lights go straight ahead for T1, passing the Hilton Hotel on your left.
At the first roundabout go straight ahead. At the second roundabout take the third exit onto International Approach.
Proceed down International Approach and enter the car park under the sign ‘Multi Storey’ on the left-hand side.
T2 Multi Storey East
Directions from the M56
Please note: Due to ongoing construction work around T2, there may be temporary diversions in place. In this instance, please follow the diversion signs for entry to T2 East.
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left, following signs for T2.
At the first roundabout take the Second exit following signs to T2.
At the second roundabout (it has lots of flags on) take the second exit, signposted T2 M&G (Terminal 2 Meet & Greet).
The road bends round to the right, and after 200m you’ll see the T2 East Multi Storey car park on your left.
T2 Multi Storey West
Directions from the M56
Please note: Due to ongoing construction work around T2, there may be temporary diversions in place. In this instance please follow the diversion signs for entry to T2 West.
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left, following the signs for Terminal 2.
At the first roundabout take the second exit, following signs to Terminal 2.
At the second roundabout take the second exit into Palma Avenue, signposted for T2 West Multi.
Stay in the right-hand lane and follow the road past the terminal building and T2 Multi Storey East.
At the first roundabout, take the first exit signposted T2 Multi West.
At the second roundabout, take the first exit signposted T2 Multi West.
As the road bends left around the Multi Storey, the car park entrance is immediately on your left.
T3
Directions from the M56
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep right, following signs for T1 and T3. As you approach the first set of traffic lights, take the left-hand lanes signposted for T3, Wilmslow, Wythenshawe and Gatley (A555). This takes you onto Ringway Road West.
At the second set of traffic lights, go straight on. You will pass a business park on your left.
At the third set of traffic lights turn right signposted T3 and Car Rental Return.
Continue on this road for approximately 250 yards.
Take the first left on to Ringway road following the signs for T3.
At the first roundabout, turn right into Parade Road, signposted T3 Multi Storey, continue straight the car park entrance is the second left turn after the Zebra crossing.
