Whether your luggage hasn't arrived on the carousel, or you've lost something in the terminal, here's what to do.

What to do if you've lost something

For items lost inside the terminal building please register your item lost via the online form below:

Register your Item Lost - Online Form

To be re-united with a lost item you must register your item lost via the online form. Please note that it can take at least 24 hours and up to 120 hours for items of lost property to be processed, depending on where and when the item was lost.

You will be contacted if there is a match on the lost property database. You may be asked questions to establish your identity and ownership of the item and there will be a charge for the service.

Terminal 1

Location: Excess Baggage Company Lost Property & Left Luggage desk in Terminal 1.

Opening hours: Terminal 1:  06:00 – 18:00

Terminal 3

Location: Excess Baggage Company Lost Property & Left Luggage desk in Terminal 3 (opposite check in desk 61 in Zone A).

Opening hours: Terminal 3:  09:00 – 17:00

For items lost on Qatar Airways & Brussels Airlines flights, please contact the airline directly.
