How to choose the best car parking option for you
We want your visit to Manchester Airport to run smoothly from start to finish. And that includes making sure you have somewhere to park so you’ll know your car is safe and secure while you’re away.
There are plenty of ways to get to and from the airport, but if you’ve chosen to drive and leave your car with us, we offer various parking options across all three of our terminals.
To find the best value car parks, and check out where to drop off and pick up your loved ones, read our guide to a hassle-free and budget-friendly parking experience.
Make sure you sort out your airport parking as soon as possible. Not only will this get you the best available price, it’s also more likely to guarantee that you get a space in the car park you want.
Even if you’ve arranged a last-minute trip, pre-booking your car park will get you a noticeable discount compared with prices on the day. Just remember to keep your booking confirmation handy in case you need it to enter the car park.
Our terminals and car parks are spread across the airport grounds, so if you know which terminal you’ll be departing from, you can choose the most suitable parking option. To book, head over to our airport parking page, enter the details of your trip and choose from the available suggestions.
Bear in mind that the cheapest price doesn't necessarily mean it'll be the best car park for you. Consider the length of your trip, whether you’d need easy access to your terminal, are looking for a budget-friendly option, or fancy treating yourself to a seamless VIP experience.
If you’ll be away for more than a week, Long Stay parking and budget-friendly JetParks can work out cheaper. Park up and a round-the-clock free shuttle bus will transport you (and your luggage) to your terminal.
Our Short Stay car parks are ideal if you’re only going away for a few days, and they're conveniently close to every terminal.
Meet & Greet car parks are a few minutes walk from each terminal. Drop your keys at reception and we'll park your car in an official on-site car park.
Drop & Go is a short walk from Terminal 3 and a 5-10 minute bus transfer from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
Worrying about getting to the airport on time can take the shine off your trip, especially if you’re booked on an early morning flight. But any stress can be avoided if you book a stay at one of our nearby airport hotels on the night before your flight. Most are conveniently only a few minutes’ walk away from the terminals.
With fantastic stay and park bundles on offer all year round, you can take to the skies the following morning feeling rested and relaxed, knowing you’ve got a great deal.
If you prefer to shop around, third-party parking operators offer drop-and-go or park-and-ride services to the terminals.
Remain cautious when entrusting your vehicle to strangers while you’re away. Always do your research before leaving your vehicle and take a note of your car’s mileage before handing over your keys.
Manchester Airport is the first UK airport to adopt the Accredited Airport Parking Provider (AAPP) scheme to protect passengers from rogue third party traders. Government-recognised schemes like Park Mark will also identify legitimate operators, and you can check reviews on trusted platforms.
We have limited availability for electric vehicles in some of our car parks. If you use our Meet & Greet or Drop & Go parking, please remember to bring your keys or key card - even if your vehicle has keyless entry. And don’t forget to charge up before you arrive, especially if you’ll be away for more than a few days, as some vehicle functions use small amounts of battery even when parked.

If you would prefer not to drive, why not ask someone to drop you off? Our dedicated free Drop Off zone is a quick, easy, and affordable way to arrive at the airport.
For convenient access to the check-in hall, there’s a dedicated Drop Off area on each terminal forecourt with a 10-minute time limit.
If you think you may need more time to unload your belongings and say your goodbyes, we recommend you book into our Short Stay car park instead.
If you are picking up passengers who are returning from their holiday, there’s no parking available on the terminal forecourts. Our Short Stay car parks are the best places to park and are within walking distance of every terminal at Manchester Airport. You can enjoy a drink and a snack while you wait and can keep an eye on arrival times with our live tracking information.
