The Manchester Airport (MA) Terminal Operations Manual provides a reference guide to all the procedures and policies pertaining to the safe and efficient running of terminal operations.

The manual provides a list of

• standard operating procedures and policies

• contingency plans

• security and safety policies

• other miscellaneous policies relating to terminal operations.
