Why visit The Bridgewater Exchange?

When it comes to Northern fayre, we’re mad for it. From a hearty steak and ale pie, to a Manchester Tart, The Bridgewater Exchange is a traditional Mancunian pub nestled in the heart of a 21st century airport.

Whilst you’re in, have a mooch through our menu: our twist on “local delicacies” and top traditional dishes will have you buzzin’ and can all be washed down with a beer brewed right on site.

Mixing a Mancunian attitude with their flare for hospitality, we’re perfect for when you’re gaggin’ for a drink, when your stomach is growling or you simply need a cosy place to stop. Mint!
