Returns policy

While we’re sure you’ll love your airport purchases, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts or an item may not work out the way you expected.

There’s no need to worry, all purchases can be returned at your local high street store for an exchange or refund.

Need to return purchases to World Duty Free? You can do this within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Simply read the full terms and conditions, then download a returns form and post your items back with your receipt.
